Color Studies
In this school project, we were to display our understanding of color theory and research and select an image suitable for painting in Photoshop. This project required four deliverables; A Monochromatic Painting; A Complementary Painting; A Split Complementary Painting; And a Tetrad Painting.
This was the original painting I used as a reference.
These were the color swatches that I selected and used.
Lastly, these were the 4 finished studies that I completed freehand in under an hour.
